Defect report

Document damage and hand it over as a PDF.

Record damage with severity, status, room, location, description and photos. With “Export as PDF” you create a printable report of all recorded defects. That is the usual proof when moving in and out.

How to do it in the app

  1. More → Planning → Defect report.
  2. Take photos right in the defect or pick them from the library.
